At lucevivida.com, we take great care to ensure that every product is freshly prepared, carefully packaged, and delivered in excellent condition. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Please Check Your Order

We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery or collection.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, please contact us within three (3) working days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number,

  • a brief description of the issue, and

  • photographs of the affected product(s), where possible.

Replacement or Refund

If we confirm that a product is defective or that an incorrect item was delivered, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected product (subject to availability), or

  • Refund of the purchase price for the affected item.

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within seven (7) working days after the claim has been confirmed.

Returns

Perishable Products:

Because our bread, cakes, cookies, granola, and other baked goods are perishable food products, they generally cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

Warranty claims for perishable products expire on the printed best-before or expiration date, as applicable.

Non-Perishable Products:

Returns of unopened, non-perishable packaged products (for example, sealed granola) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the product is unopened,

  • it remains in its original packaging,

  • it is in resalable condition, and

  • proof of purchase is provided.

How to Arrange a Return

Before returning any product, please contact us at info [at] lucevivida.com for return instructions.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Returns may also be made in person at the lucelivida.com factory by prior arrangement.

Inspection of Returned Goods

Refunds or replacement products will be processed after the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions described in this policy.

Allergens

All allergenic ingredients, including but not limited to cereals containing gluten, sesame, nuts, eggs, and milk, are clearly identified in the product information on our website.

Although every reasonable precaution is taken during production, all products are prepared in the same kitchen. As a result, cross-contact with allergens cannot be completely excluded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Lucevivida.com cannot accept liability for allergic reactions or other health-related effects resulting from the consumption of its products.
