Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery and collection methods:
Swiss Post Delivery – available throughout Switzerland for non-fragile products.
Swiss Post Delivery with Gift Wrapping – available throughout Switzerland for non-fragile products.
Local Delivery by Luce Courier – available only for selected postal codes in and around Adliswil and the City of Zürich.
Customer Pick-up at the LuceVivida Factory – by prior arrangement.
Customer Pick-up at the Hardturmstrasse Pick-up Location – by prior arrangement.
Fragile Products
Some products, such as decorated cakes and other delicate baked goods, are classified as fragile items.
To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, fragile products cannot be shipped by Swiss Post. These products are available only through:
Local delivery by lucevivida.com courier (within the designated delivery area), or
Customer pick-up at one of our collection locations.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within three (3) calendar days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
the product ordered,
the selected delivery method,
the delivery destination, and
seasonal demand.
If unforeseen circumstances delay your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date.
Delivery Area
Local courier delivery is available only for selected postal codes. The available delivery options for your address are automatically shown during checkout.
Swiss Post delivery is available throughout Switzerland for eligible (non-fragile) products.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.
Lucevivida.com cannot accept liability for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from:
incorrect or incomplete delivery information,
the recipient being unavailable,
restricted access to the delivery location, or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, official orders, supplier failures, or similar events.
Whenever possible, we will work with you to arrange a suitable redelivery or collection.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection of the order.
